Good facilities & comfort in the room.
Service at breakfast was very poor. Also water pored out from under the shower screen turning the tiled floor into a paddling pool - no matter what we tried. Decision to recommend is marginal but for what we paid....

The room we booked was recently refurbished and great-sized with beautiful views. It was nice to have tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware available.- The stunning location was a few steps away from an art museum.

Realy nice hotel, good cocktails
Room was to hot (>20 C), temperature could not be adjusted. Service at breakfast was a mess. There were at least five staff waiting on round 25 guests, despite this ratio they got it all wrong (badly organised)

I think this hotel as a 5 stars hotel in a prime location, it really needs renovation, it has a lot of 5 stars competitors. The design could be good in 10-13 years ago but now it looks tiring and dull particularly the guestroom bathroom. Really out dated.

I thought the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely and the staff had turned the bed down and tidied everything when we came back at bedtime...bliss!

Pleasant way to wrap up my trip. The rooms are newly renovated and come with a bathtub. The staff are okay. The location is amazing, not too far from the Royal Opera House 🎭.

This hotel is superb. I booked to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. On the booking I mentioned this and the hotel sent to our room complimentary cake and champagne. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly-luxury room-will definitely return.
